Extraordinary Project Management Board meeting held online on 17 September 2020

On September 17th 2020, an extraordinary Project Management Board meeting was held online to discuss the follow-up actions to Technical Implementation Report, overview of current activities and plans, and make arrangements of further actions, particularly realization of teaching and training mobilities in Autumn 2020. The online meeting was attended by PMB members and members of administrative staff.

The Technical Implementation Report (TIR) was submitted on August 31st 2020 to EACEA with e-form and all the appropriate attachments. All segments of submitted TIR were shortly summed up, including overview of realized activities that were not part of the project proposal and changes in project activities and timeline.

An answer to external evaluator’s interim report was drafted, to be sent to the Project Quality Assurance Group. The feedback from both QAG and PMB will be sent to the external evaluator and finally to the Agency officer.

National academic partners offered an overview of most important recent activities, particularly in development and implementation of new courses and study programs.

The Project Dissemination and Exploitation Plan was updated, published and discussed in terms of partners’ input and recording of dissemination activities and exploitable results.

The second part of the meeting was dedicated to the plans for realization of teacher training (WP3.1), teaching visits (WP4.4) and annual Project Management Board meeting, with setting the rough dates and format of these activities. The teacher training and teaching visits will be carried out online in the autumn semester 2020. In addition, the annual Project Management Board meeting will be realized in blended format, at the University of Kragujevac and online, at the beginning of December 2020.

Other topics included discussions on the greater use of LoLa equipment in future project activities and presentation of project outputs and outcomes in coming AEC dissemination events – the Annual Meeting for International Relations Coordinators 2020 on 24-25 September, and AEC Annual Congress and General Assembly 6-7 November 2020.
